I want to be more like my Father. So each day I make it a point
to spend time with Him. No longer do I
just speak to Him, but I open my heart to hear what He says back to
me. And one of the ways He speaks to me
is through His Word. His Holy Word is my
roadmap for life. It truly is a lamp
unto my feet and a light unto my path. I
have made it a point to study His word on a daily basis, and I understand my Creator
so much better as a result. I am more
aware of His love for me and His desires of me because I am constantly thinking
about Him and meditating on scripture.
His Spirit makes His Word alive and relevant to me—and I am so thankful
for the many transformations I see in my life as I draw closer to the Master.
